Our Promise
Every Squishy Labs order is backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not in love with your squishy, reach out and we'll work with you on a refund, replacement, or exchange — whatever makes it right.
Eligibility
You can request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery if:
- Your squishy arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You changed your mind and the item is unused & still in its original packaging.
- Your order never showed up after the carrier marked it delivered (we'll investigate with the carrier first).
Because each Mystery Dumpling Squishy is a random color, refunds aren't offered just because you didn't pull a glitter version or specific color — that's the surprise! But if anything looks off about your squishy, let us know.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@squishylabs.com with your order number and a quick description of the issue.
- If you have a photo of the damage or wrong item, please attach it — it speeds things up.
- We'll send return instructions within 24 hours.
- Once we receive the return (or confirm the issue), your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Timing
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take an extra 2–5 days to appear on your statement.
